Haiyan Qiu believes the Student Committee is a platform for interdisciplinary exchange and an important bridge between students and mentors. For new students, the committee provides practical, down-to-earth advice and support to help them adapt to academic life without feeling alone. Throughout her learning journey, she received much help from mentors and peers. Now officially a psychological counselor, she hopes to continue passing on this warmth.
